By registering for the conference, you agree that ESPR may provide your information as part of an attendee list to meeting supporters for promotional purposes in accordance with our privacy policy. If you consent now and wish to opt out in the future, please contact info@eastern-spr.org.
Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation by ESPR: If for any reason beyond ESPR’s control ESPR determines an event must be cancelled, shortened, delayed, dates changed, or otherwise altered or changed, participant understands and agrees that ESPR will only refund any portion of the registration fee which ESPR is reimbursed by insurance or other third party and shall not be liable for any other refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liability or damages arising from the event. Participants understand that they may lose all monies they have paid to ESPR for participation in events, as well as other costs and expenses incurred, including travel, lodging, etc. Cancellation by Individuals: Refunds, less a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations prior to March 1, 2026. No refunds will be granted after this date. All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@eastern-spr.org. Registrations are transferable between individuals from the same company. Note that cancellations for the hotel should be submitted directly to the hotel.
