ESPR 2026 Speaker & Poster Presenter Resources

 

Congratulations to all presenters whose abstracts have been accepted for the Eastern Society for Pediatric Research (ESPR) 2026 Annual Meeting, taking place March 13–15, 2026, at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown in Philadelphia, PA.

This page includes important information and requirements for oral presenters and poster presenters. Please review all sections carefully to ensure a smooth and successful presentation experience.

Oral Presentation Information & Requirements

  • Each oral presentation session will include six presenters. To ensure the session stays on schedule, please strictly adhere to your assigned time: 10 minutes for your presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

Room Setup & AV

Each session room will be equipped with:

  • Podium

  • Laptop

  • Podium microphone

  • LCD projector and screen

Presentation Upload

  • Slides must be presented in PowerPoint presentation mode.

  • Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive.

  • Presenters are required to upload their presentations to the computer in the session room. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session to allow adequate time for upload and setup.

Arrival & Check-In

  • Check in with your session moderator at least 15 minutes before your session begins.

Time Management

  • Presenters must adhere strictly to their allotted time.

  • Moderators may intervene if a presentation exceeds the time limit.

Conflict of Interest & Disclosure

  • Your first slide must include a disclosure statement.

    • If applicable: “There are no conflicts of interest to disclose for this work.”

  • If you have commercial funding sources, consulting relationships, or significant equity holdings related to your study, please contact:

Poster Presentation Information & Requirements

  • Posters will be displayed two per side on a 4' high × 8' wide poster board.

  • Maximum poster size: No more than 42 inches high × 42 inches wide

  • Posters must be:

    • Mounted at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your session

    • Removed immediately following your session

  • You should have received an email with your assigned poster number.

    • Upon arrival, place your poster on the board with the corresponding number.

    • If you did not receive your poster number, contact info@eastern-spr.org.

  • Mounting supplies will be provided on-site.

CME Disclosure Requirement

All submitting authors and presenters are required to complete the CME disclosure form via the link provided in the abstract submission portal.

In addition:

  • Every author and presenter listed on the abstract must submit an individual disclosure form.

  • If you are an author/presenter on multiple abstracts, you only need to submit one disclosure form.

Registration

We encourage presenters to register as soon as possible to take advantage of Early Bird registration rates, available through January 31, 2026. Abstract presenters are required to register to the ESPR conference in order to present.

    We encourage you to join ESPR to receive discounted registration rates.
