ESPR 2026 Annual Conference Recap

March 13–15, 2026 | Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The Eastern Society for Pediatric Research (ESPR) 2026 Annual Conference was held March 13–15, 2026, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, bringing together a vibrant and multidisciplinary community of pediatric researchers, clinicians, trainees, and physician-scientists. Over three days, attendees engaged in scientific exchange, professional development, and collaborative networking in a dynamic and supportive environment designed to advance pediatric research across the translational spectrum.

Consistent with ESPR’s mission to foster multidisciplinary careers in pediatric research, the meeting provided a platform for early-career investigators to present innovative work, while also offering established researchers and clinicians opportunities to share advances in basic, clinical, and translational science in an engaging and collegial setting.
